About Euc
We’re making good health last a lifetime. More than 1 billion people globally live with obesity — a major leading indicator of many preventable chronic diseases such as diabetes and heart disease. Eucalyptus is the company behind “Juniper”, one of the world’s largest weight management programs combining GLP-1 medication with a tailored nutrition and exercise programme, supported by our multidisciplinary care team of prescribers, health coaches, dietitians, nurses and pharmacists. Our published clinical research demonstrates that our combined approach to weight management and lifestyle change means that our patients are 4x as likely to lose significant weight through their course of treatment with Juniper. Since launching, we’ve grown fast to support millions of patients.
In the last 12 months:
- Globally, grew revenue by >150% YoY, while reducing cash burned by 90% YoY, with over $100M USD raised from global investors.
- Grew to over 100,000 monthly active patients globally across our weight management program.
- Grew from 4,000 to ~40,000 patients in the UK, and received selective NICE endorsement to provide service to the NHS.
- Tailored our offering to over 5,000 patients in Germany and Japan, with a goal to extend our patient base to over 30,000 patients across both markets in 2025.
What’s next? Our goal for the next 3 years is to be supporting 1 million patients globally - to live better for longer - by launching into new conditions, demographics and geographies as we move towards our vision of creating a preventative healthcare ecosystem. We’re going to build the world’s largest international digital healthcare company.
About the Role (What You’ll Be Doing)
At Eucalyptus, we are constantly launching new products, capabilities and markets. We bring in commercial generalist talent from high pressure environments, give you the single responsibility for business casing, scoping, project-managing and delivering against our major new initiatives, and equip you with the training & tools to succeed. This is an opportunity to work with leaders across the business to take ownership of a key piece of work from concept through to delivery.
To be successful in this role, you have to work cross-functionally with technology, product development, operations, growth and creative specialists to deliver a product or service that customers love. There is a huge amount of autonomy attached to these roles - we like to hire great people, surround you with the resources you need and trust you to make decisions and execute.
In the past, these roles have been the training grounds for leaders who would eventually become general managers for our brands, country leads and C-suite executives. As we expand, and the complexity in the business increases, there will be opportunities to lead the setup of new brands, new markets, and new distribution channels.
How this role would evolve:
- Month 1-4: First rotation in either Growth, Product, Operations or BizOps.
- Month 5-8: Second rotation in a different team.
- By the end of your first 2 rotations, you will have developed the mindset and skillset for how we think about building great experiences for patients, and how we think about building a great company.
- Month 9+: Take the Eucalyptus playbook and step into one of our Launches to build something from 0 to 1.
In this role you will need to:
- Deeply understand the problems you are solving.
- Be responsible for tailoring every aspect of the patient experience to the context of the surface area you are working on.
- Track and report performance metrics, and implement strategies to drive your new vertical towards functional maturity.
- Get stuck in - eg. write emails, find partners, deliver a white glove experience to patients; and then scale yourself out of this role by hiring and managing cross-functional resources.
- Drive focus, accountability and motivation across the team through rituals, reporting & stakeholder updates.
Examples of who you would be working with:
This role reports falls under the Office of the Chief Operating Officer, Simon Baume (Sydney, AU) and will work closely with 1-2 of the following:
- Angus Wood: General Manager - Juniper Australia & Head of Patient Operations.
- Ryan Nolan: General Manager - Germany & Head of International Expansion.
- Justin Teo: General Manager - Japan & Vice President - Talent.
- Erin Chuah: Program Lead, Juniper UK.
- Dan Zhang: Program Lead, Men’s Health.
- Brooke Loneragan: Head of Growth, Juniper UK.
- Nicole Liu: Principal Product Manager.
About You (Who We’re Looking For)

- Creative problem-solver and detail oriented.
- Accountable to the numbers.
- Communicate with clarity.
- Executional powerhouse.
Behaviours & Attitudes:
- You act like an owner, and a servant leader.
- Relentlessly ambitious.
