We are excited to announce a newly created opportunity to join our Go-To-Market Operations Team as our Deal Operations Analys t
As our Deal Operations Analyst , you will help to build and run Tracksuit’s first-ever Deal Operations function, bringing structure and commercial rigour to our fast-growing sales operations. As a foundational hire into our GTM Ops team, this role is perfect for someone who thrives on quality control, loves untangling complexity, and is passionate about keeping deals clean, compliant, and moving quickly.
This role will see you collaborating closely across many of our internal teams (Sales, Finance, Legal and Customer Success) to ensure scalable processes that support data accuracy, revenue integrity, and a great customer experience.

Key Aspects of the Role:
In this role, we will look to you to ensure deal hygiene and execution quality at every stage of our process. You will establish and maintain commercial standards, work with business stakeholders to support deal velocity, and flag patterns or issues that could improve how we work over time.
You will be a key liaison between Sales, Finance, Legal and Customer Success teams with responsibility for driving commercial rigour, ensuring data accuracy & process integrity to support Tracksuits ability to scale.
This role sits within our GTM Ops team, supporting the scaling of deal volume by ensuring operationally sound deal execution and preventing downstream issues through strong process controls and system alignment.
Success for our Deal Operations Analyst position is defined on two fronts:
1. Quality assurance, compliance, and improving executional consistency across teams to ensure data quality in our GTM systems.
2. Enabling fast and effective deal closure – supporting velocity without becoming a bottleneck in the process.
Some key responsibilities of this role include:
- Deal Quality Assurance: Review all deal submissions to ensure alignment with internal policies and standards, including start dates, billing terms, contract values, discount thresholds, and data hygiene across systems.
- Process Governance: Maintain and evolve deal approval workflows, supporting compliance with commercial guardrails and minimising ad hoc exceptions.
- GTM Support: Act as a partner to the GTM teams, providing guidance on pricing structures, contractual terms, packaging, and non-standard deal scenarios.
- Cross-functional Alignment: Coordinate closely with Finance, Legal, Product, and Customer Success to ensure handoff readiness and operational feasibility of signed agreements.
- Deal Acceleration: Identify friction points in the quote-to-cash process and propose improvements to drive efficiency and increase deal velocity.
- Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: Monitor deal activity to identify recurring issues, such as approval delays or discounting trends, and flag these to the GTM Ops team to support process improvements.
- Revenue Integrity: Support data accuracy for downstream revenue reporting, billing, and forecasting processes by enforcing consistency across key systems.
That’s the role, so who are you?
- 3+ yrs experience within a Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or Commercial Finance role within a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of quote-to-cash workflows, CPQ tools, contract lifecycles, and CRM data structures
- Proven ability to manage complexity across markets, products, and pricing models
- You uphold high standards, possess attention to detail, and have excellent written & verbal communication skills with an ability to clearly convey commercial concepts to a variety of stakeholders Experience working in cross-functional environments and managing multiple priorities with competing deadlines
- Familiarity with HubSpot & CPQ platforms (e.g. Subskribe)
- You are thoughtful, kind, empathetic, collaborative, and thrive on continuous learning.
