This role: As an Account Executive (Suppliers), you will focus on bringing Suppliers onto the Partly platform, helping them modernise how they procure parts. You will own your own pipeline of supplier sales and use modern sales tech to hunt, qualify, demo, and close.
What will you do:
- Full-cycle sales: You own the process from prospecting to close.
- Own your territory: Manage a specific UK region, building relationships with repairers.
- Translate tech to value: Simplify the technical aspects of Partly.
- Consultative selling: Advise repairers with their procurement processes.
- High-velocity hunting: Execute a consistent volume of outbound activity.
- Work as a pod: Collaborate with RevOps and Onboarding.
- Pipeline discipline: Maintain rigorous hygiene and forecasting in CRM.
- Feedback loops: Feed insights back to improve win rates.
Your skills:
- SaaS DNA: 2-4+ years experience as a top-performing SDR or AE in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Tech savvy: Familiar with CRM and modern prospecting tools.
- Resilient & proactive: Prepared to handle objections and turn them into conversations about value.
- Process driven: Manage a high-velocity pipeline without dropping detail.
- Credible communicator: Confident with senior operators.
- Technically curious: Able to learn repairer workflows and systems.
- Growth mindset: Eager to learn and improve.
