The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 € per year.
You will have the opportunity to work independently in a customer focused environment and will work closely with colleagues and partners including Occupational Therapists, Housing Support Coordinators, Administration, landlords, health and social care organisations, builders and architects to ensure the timely delivery of our services.
Experience in a construction related field or housing repair/adaptation would be useful, as is the ability to produce schedules of works and provide technical drawings. You will have experience of working with vulnerable people with sensitive issues and have the ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, with a 'can do' attitude.
This role will require you to manage and deliver a varied and complex caseload with minimum supervision and therefore, awareness of current planning and building regulation issues and relevant health and safety legislation would be advantageous.
This role will require an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check (known as a DBS check). All offers of employment will be made conditional upon receipt of the satisfactory DBS check.
