b Overview /b p In this role, you will design and lead Malt’s Tech Product hiring strategy to scale without compromising talent density or organizational health. You’ll partner with the CTO, CPO, and senior leadership to set hiring priorities and refine org design, ensuring high-impact placements. You will personally lead complex searches and build durable, diverse pipelines in competitive markets. You’ll continuously improve hiring tools and processes to increase speed and visibility, while providing market insights to leadership.
