Overview

In this role you drive growth for Malt’s UK enterprise accounts by translating global frameworks into local impact. You will map organisations, lead ambitious prospecting, and manage pilots to boost adoption and revenue. You’ll collaborate across Marketing, Finance, Onboarding and CS to remove blockers and deliver outcomes for enterprise clients. This fast-scaling position offers visibility into global strategy while shaping UK-specific execution and value delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute tailored UK account plans aligned with GAM guidance; own local revenue targets and aim for 100% target achievement
  • Drive high-volume prospecting and account mapping to engage country-level decision-makers across HR, Procurement, IT, and business units
  • Lead rollout of global framework agreements locally; source pilots and first-use cases to drive adoption and retention
  • Serve as the local operational anchor; collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Onboarding, Customer Success and MSP/vendor networks
  • Apply consultative value selling (MEDDIC) to surface client pain points, conduct needs assessments, and present ROI-driven pitches; maintain real-time pipeline in CRM
  • Collaborate with international GAMs to share best practices and provide UK-specific market insights for RFPs and use cases
  • Utilise AI-enabled tools and modern sales stack (LinkedIn Navigator, Modjo, internal AI solutions) to streamline outreach and analysis
  • Maintain high activity levels and pipeline metrics: ~50 outreach touchpoints/week, ~6 meetings/week, 4x pipeline coverage, 20+ sourcings/quarter

Key requirements

  • 3–5+ years of commercial B2B experience in sales or account management
  • Background in IT recruitment, IT staffing services, or technology personnel services; ideally with SaaS or B2B tech sales
  • Hunter mindset with client-centric, consultative selling style
  • Ability to speak IT language to engage CIOs and enterprise heads
  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication; able to present to senior executives
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, and CRM systems
