Your Role:

  • As an Account Manager UK, you’ll be responsible for developing and expanding relationships with financial institutions and fintech clients across the UK market.
  • You’ll play a key role in driving growth, strengthening existing partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities, while ensuring client satisfaction and long-term collaboration.

A few examples of your responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain client relationships: serve as the main point of contact for your assigned clients, fostering strong, trust-based relationships that support long-term success.
  • Address client needs and concerns: respond promptly to inquiries, resolve issues effectively, and ensure satisfaction with BKN301’s products and services.
  • Drive account growth: identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue and client value.
  • Coordinate with internal teams: act as a bridge between clients and internal departments to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
  • Develop account strategies: create tailored account plans with clear goals and actionable tactics to achieve mutual success and sustainable partnerships.
  • Manage contracts and reporting: oversee renewals, negotiate agreements, and prepare reports on account status, performance metrics, and forecasts for internal stakeholders and senior management.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Leverage basic digital marketing expertise.
  • Contribute to the definition and refinement of value proposition and market positioning.
  • Liaise with creativity dept/agency to coordinate communication assets content.
  • Ensure brand consistency across touchpoints and communication materials.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, ideally in fintech or financial services.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and achieve sales objectives.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with fintech IT, AI, and digital tools.
  • Fluent in English. Italian and French are a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.
