Message from the Early Careers Team: We’re excited to welcome a new cohort into our team. Find a group that’s ambitious yet down‑to‑earth, where people care deeply about doing excellent work and about each other. Juggling work and study, especially around exam time, can be tough – that’s why we value resilience, curiosity and a proactive mindset. If you’re ready to grow, keen to learn and not afraid of a challenge, we’d love to hear from you. Whether you’re a graduate or school leaver taking your first step forward in your finance career, this is a great opportunity. We’re looking for candidates who are enthusiastic, committed, and who understand what matters to businesses today and are ready for the world of work.

How You’ll Make a Difference: You will be placed in either our Assurance (the main assurance type of work we do) or Accounts & Business Services team (ABS). You will learn the key differences and find the route that’s right for you. You will join a team of professionals who will guide you and help you develop your skills and knowledge while working on real projects with a chance to interact with clients. Teamwork is key – we appreciate and value individuals who can work autonomously to achieve their objectives while collaborating with wider teams. You will have the opportunity to learn, grow, train, and qualify as an accountant while delivering high‑quality work as part of your team (or ‘pod’).

What You Can Expect: Full study support towards gaining your ACA (Assurance) or ACCA (ABS) qualification, plus additional support from our Early Careers Managers. School leavers will initially study towards an AAT qualification before starting ACA/ACCA studies. Placement within one of our biggest teams, either Assurance or ABS. Assistance from senior team members and learning from their experience. With average qualifying times of 2.5–4 years you’ll soon be in their shoes.

Qualifications and Fit: GCSE Grade 5 or above in English and Maths. School leaver applicants must have 120 UCAS points or more. Obtain a 2:1 in any university degree (not limited to maths, accounting, finance, or business). Or have alternative qualifications equivalent to the above. Comfortable with a scheme that mixes studying and working, ensuring adequate time for each. Strong project management, organisational and problem‑solving abilities with examples to demonstrate these skills. Ability to learn, receive continuous feedback and grow in your accountancy journey.

Our Values: Think Big – Be curious, brave and open to new ideas. In It Together – Collaborate, care and build an inclusive culture. Take Pride – Strive for excellence and believe in your impact. Do the Right Thing – Act with integrity, honesty and fairness. Enjoy It – Bring your whole self to work and have fun doing it.

High Challenge, High Support: Enjoy problem‑solving in a fast‑changing environment? You’ll thrive in this role. While you can take a flexible approach, balancing independent work with teamwork and remote work with office time, our culture is supportive.
