What you'll do
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs tailored to the specific needs of each construction site.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in safety management within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and other relevant safety standards.
- Proven experience in conducting safety audits and inspections.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
- Ability to analyze data and prepare detailed reports on safety performance and compliance.
- Certification in safety management (e.g., CSP, CHST, or similar) is preferred.
- Proficient in using safety management software and tools to track incidents and compliance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
