Key Duties and Responsibilities include:

- Managing relationships with freight forwarders, shipping partners, and third-party logistics providers.
- Ensuring full compliance with UK transport regulations, health and safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Supervising operational staff and supporting performance management.
- Analysing operational data and preparing reports to support senior management decision-making.
- Developing and implementing contingency plans to address delays or disruptions.
- Maintaining accurate records of shipments, inventory movement, and distribution processes.
