We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Resourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team in identifying, attracting, and identifying high-quality candidates across the UK for our growing Accountancy and Advisory Services business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, candidate engagement, and building talent pipelines.
As a Resourcer you will:
- Write and post job advertisements across relevant platforms
- Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases
- Screen CVs and applications against role requirements
- Conduct initial candidate screening calls
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future vacancies
- Manage candidate records accurately within the ATS system
- Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers with interview preparation
- Support the recruitment process end-to-end, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and HR processes
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience
The Ideal Resourcer:
- Previous experience of recruitment within the Accounting & Advisory Services sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident using LinkedIn and online sourcing tools
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
- Proactive, resilient, and results-driven mindset
- Comfortable working with targets and deadlines
Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Understanding of accountancy qualifications and career pathways
- Familiarity of using ATS tools
