We’re now looking to strengthen our team with an Experienced Accountant (Senior/Semi-Senior) with a solid practice background.
This is a client-facing position where you’ll work with a varied portfolio of Limited Companies, Partnerships, and Sole Traders. You’ll be preparing year-end accounts, management accounts, supporting clients with day-to-day queries, and, where possible, assisting with tax compliance and advisory work.
Key responsibilities- Preparation of statutory accounts for Limited Companies, Partnerships, and Sole Traders
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and relevant legislation
- Managing client relationships with professionalism and discretion
- Assisting with Corporation Tax and Personal Tax Returns (ideal candidate)
- Utilising CCH software to deliver accurate and efficient outcomes
- Proven experience in an accountancy practice (essential)
- Proficiency in accounts preparation and tax compliance
- Experience with CCH software preferred
- ACCA/CA qualified or part-qualified (or qualified by experience)
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
- Ability to manage your own workload while contributing to a supportive team environment
