bk plus are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our team in Birmingham on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract. The role will be providing support to the office with the transition from IRIS to CCH (practice management systems).
As an Administrator your duties will include:
- Create new companies for registration with Companies House
- Set up existing companies that come on board and send out professional clearance and information request to client.
- Update any new information and details on system and file with Companies House ie. addresses, change of year end, satisfying charges etc.
- Complete any HMRC share 4 share letters, documents and filings at Companies House
- Prepare share forms for clients who require movements in their company
- E-file accounts with companies house and roll jobs
- Monitor accounts filing deadline list and update managers throughout the month when accounts are due
- Standard monthly billing
- General invoicing and write offs at month end
- Any ad-hoc work to be completed by Partners/Manager
