As part of our continued growth we are looking for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join our Finance team based at our head office in Aldridge.

Responsibilities

  • Processing transactions
  • Reconciling accounts to statements
  • Resolving any queries
  • Being proactive and keeping on top of the statements
  • Completing payment runs for authorisation and checking
  • Negotiation of contracts
  • Supporting the wider finance team when required

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years experience in a Purchase Ledger role
  • AAT is preferred but not essential
