At bk plus, we're expanding our national Corporate Finance & Debt Advisory team and looking for a highly organised Deal Management Associate to help drive transactions from instruction through to completion.
In this varied and fast-paced role, you'll be at the heart of live deals, supporting mergers & acquisitions, fundraising and debt advisory projects while working closely with Partners, Directors and clients across the UK.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing client onboarding, AML and KYC processes
- Coordinating engagement documentation and compliance requirements
- Supporting live corporate finance and debt advisory transactions
- Managing deal pipelines, reporting and key project milestones
- Coordinating information requests between clients, lenders and buyers
- Supporting billing, revenue tracking and transaction completions
- Helping deliver exceptional service across a growing national team
What we're looking for:
- Strong administration, project management or transaction support experience
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- A proactive, client-focused approach
- Experience in Corporate Finance, Banking, Professional Services or Accountancy sectors is desirable
- Knowledge of AML/KYC processes would be advantageous
