We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Associate to join our team based in Brighton.

As an Accounts Associate your role will involve Financial administration - Electronic Document Management and Hard copy filing Companies House - Filing client documents with the Registrar of Companies Bookkeeping Using Sage Accounting, Xero and Excel and preparing client books from source document Completing and filing VAT returns on behalf of client Audit - Support Audit department in preparation of file Be a member of the audit teams which go on client site audit visit Client Liaison Communicating with clients by telephone and email regarding their accounting matter Supporting with general office duties including meeting and greeting office visitors and client The Ideal Accounts Associate wi ll: Have at least 1 years experience working in an Accountancy firm Have a Minimum of 5 GCSE's A-C but preferably A level qualif ied.

Professional individual with good attention for det ail.

Software experience would include Xero/Sage, Excel, Word and Outl ook.

Good communicator both oral and writ ten.

In return bk plus will o ffer: Day release to study for fully funded AAT qualifica tion.
