We are seeking an experienced Audit Assistant Manager to support the delivery of high-quality audit services to a diverse portfolio of clients. The successful candidate will manage audit assignments from planning through to completion, supervise and develop junior team members, and build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and completion of audit engagements.
- Supervise, coach, and review the work of audit trainees and seniors.
- Liaise with clients to obtain information and resolve audit queries.
- Prepare and review audit files, financial statements, and related reports.
- Ensure compliance with auditing standards, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures.
- Support managers and partners in delivering exceptional client service and identifying opportunities for added-value services.
Requirements:
- CA/ACCA qualified or nearing qualification.
- Previous experience within an accountancy practice audit environment.
- Strong technical audit and accounting knowledge.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and team leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
