Overview
The purpose of the role is to be a key member of the Commercial Team, delivering a comprehensive range of property management services, as well as undertaking some lease consultancy and agency instructions. This is a full-time role and will require travel to sites in Gloucester and Cheltenham. You will provide a high-quality property management service to both new and existing clients and develop strong professional relationships with clients and their tenants. You will help develop and implement robust and efficient processes built on effective risk management and best practice for the Commercial Team to ensure that recipients of our services receive a great client experience. This role would suit someone who is proactive and enjoys working in a varied and fast-paced environment and will be joining a successful, friendly and energetic team. A great communicator with the ability to produce detailed reports and a desire to help shape the processes and systems used by an established Commercial Team pursuing a transformative business plan.
Qualifications
- Proven property management experience, ideally commercial
- Excellent client and tenant liaison skills
- Team player, keen to be involved with all types of property and professional work
- Pro-active attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and an enquiring mind
- Proven negotiation skills
- Good time management skills, prioritising tasks to ensure that deadlines are met
- The ability to produce clear and concise written reports and recommendations
- Good presentation skills
- Clean driving licence and access to a car

- Client and tenant liaison
- Lease event diary management
- Property database maintenance
- Rent / service charge / insurance collection
