About the Role As a Marketing Campaign Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract within the business, you will be pivotal in coordinating, developing and delivering integrated campaigns across our target audiences to meet our broader business objectives. This role will work closely with our Demand Generation Lead, Head of Marketing, and the Heads of Industry, Services & Sales, as well as the wider Marketing team, to create aligned campaigns that differentiate BJSS within the market. Responsibilities: Work with key stakeholders within the business to build and maintain a campaign and events calendar aligned with business objectives Drive campaigns that work to meet demand generation, awareness and re-activation Developing and delivering campaigns on time, on budget and working to meet business objectives, using the full marketing mix Effectively forecast, track and analyse marketing ROI for all campaigns Collaborate effectively across the team to manage resource, prioritise workloads and drive innovation Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and demonstrate the ‘true value’ of marketing Encourage and deliver innovations in the way we work – challenging the ‘status quo’ and have the confidence to experiment and challenge where required About You Experience in delivering successful campaigns specifically within the B2B environment, ideally in the IT industry Experience running account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns HubSpot experience preferred Proven track record in developing & delivering successful campaigns with demonstrable ROI Broad understanding of private and public sector verticals An understanding of IT in general – from data & AI to cyber security Deep understanding of integrated sales & marketing campaigns from inception through to delivery – applying best practices and aligning with buyer journeys Knowledge of how to analyse campaign effectiveness and make recommendations for future improvement Preferably having a ‘services’ background as opposed to product lead Personal Attributes: A self-starter who is motivated and able to proactively manage their own projects A resilient mind-set, adaptable to changing objectives and challenges Accuracy and attention to detail A creative approach to overcoming problems A higher education degree/diploma or comparable evidence of structured learning Some of the Perks Flexible benefits allowance – you choose how to spend your allowance (additional pension contributions, healthcare, dental and more) Industry leading health and wellbeing plan – we partner with several wellbeing support functions to cater to each individual\’s need, including 24/7 GP services, mental health support, and other Life Assurance (4 x annual salary) 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Hybrid working – Our roles are not fully remote as we take pride in the tight knit communities we have created at our local offices.
