Job Description
General Manager – Bunny's Outpost
Bunnys Outpost is a new neighbourhood dive bar opening in the heart of Didsbury village in April 2025.
Brought to you by the team behind Bunny Jacksons, Junior Jacksons and Bunnys Karaoke this suburban spot will specialise in draught beer, cocktails and American whiskey. The venue will also feature loud music, American sports, live karaoke and darts.
We are looking for a General Manager to lead our team and cement this new venue within the community. The ideal candidate will have two years experience in a similar role with a love of hospitality, strong cocktail knowledge and a passion for delivering a great guest experiences.
