Responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records, overseeing stock movements, and supporting the smooth operation of the warehouse. This role ensures timely updates of stock levels, proper documentation, and coordination with other teams.
Responsibilities:
- The use of Microsoft Excel
- Creating and checking manifests from clients
- To maintain accurate stock records using in house management systems
- Importing data / stock files into the system
- Monitor stock levels and reporting of stock discrepancies and damages to clients in a timely manner
- Able to adjust, change and update details on orders to reflect stock coming inbound
- Perform regular stock reconciliations (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Record/logging of imported data through google sheets
- Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate stock receipts
- Work closely with delivery and logistics teams (offshore) to track product/orders
- Prepare stock reports (stock levels, movement, damages, discrepancies)
- Maintain logs of damaged or returned items and coordinate replacements
- Ensure compliance with internal stock handling procedures and policies
- Accurately enter data into stock systems and ensure records are up to date
