BJF Group is seeking an experienced and commercially astute Procurement Director to lead our Procurement and Supply Chain function. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for developing and delivering procurement strategies that maximise value, drive efficiencies, strengthen supplier partnerships, and support sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing Procurement and Supply Chain team.
  • Deliver strategic sourcing, category management, and supplier relationship programmes.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and contracts that optimise value and mitigate risk.
  • Drive innovation and digital transformation, including the use of Power BI and procurement analytics.
  • Oversee procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supply chain performance.
  • Champion continuous improvement, sustainability, and best practice across the business.
  • Act as a key member of the Senior Management Team, contributing to company-wide strategy and decision-making.

About You

  • Proven senior leadership experience in procurement and supply chain management.
  • Strong commercial negotiation and contract management expertise.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and financial acumen.
  • Experienced in supplier performance management and delivering measurable cost savings.
  • MCIPS qualified or equivalent experience desirable.
  • Experience with Power BI and data-driven procurement insights advantageous.
