Within our Facilities Management division, the South West Core team plays a crucial role in the day-to-day delivery of planned minor works across a diverse range of properties and systems within our client\’s sites.

Position
As part of our continued growth, our South West Core facilities management team are looking to appoint an experienced and professional HVAC Engineer to use their working knowledge of hot and cold systems to complete a range of planned maintenance works in line with our contract delivery SLA\’s – predominantly focusing on fault finding and repairs of air conditioning systems such as VRV VRF\’s, split units, chillers etc… as part of a wider hard-services FM team.
Further responsibilities of the role include:
- Carry out installation and maintenance of relevant trade in domestic and commercial buildings
- Servicing all AC units at prestigious commercial dwellings
- Completing small works, installations and refurbs of AC cooling equipment
- Ensure all work is carried out and completed to a high standard, in a competent manner and to leave the site of works in a clean and tidy condition

- To always work in a safe manner and to a high-standard, in line with best working practices

Requirements
To be considered for the role, you will need to demonstrate all of the following:
- F Gas Category 1 certificate
- NVQ level 2 in AC
- Previous experience in a similar role
Desirable Qualifications & Experience:
- A strong commercial and industrial back ground
- Basic IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and Word
- Previous experience of planned preventative maintenance and reactive works
