Within our Facilities Management division, the small works team plays a crucial role in the day-to-day delivery of planned minor works across a diverse range of properties and systems within our client\’s sites.

Position

As part of the FM Small Works team, you will be tasked with a varied variety of jobs, these would range from:

• EICR\’s,
• New small power installations
• New lighting upgrades
• Replacing distribution boards
• Replacing failed emergency light fittings
• Installing new emergency lights to ensure compliance with the relevant BS

The work can range from 1 day to 5 days at a time and you will have the support of your colleagues and our onsite core teams. The role is mobile, covering Surrey & London with rare visits into Kent; you will be provided with a company van and fuel card and any specialist tools when required.

Requirements

To be considered for the role, you will need to hold the following qualifications:

• Level 3 NVQ in Electrical Installation (2357)
• Testing & Inspection (2391) or equivalent
• 18th Edition Full Classroom Course & IET Wiring Regulations (7671)
• Full UK Driving License

Desirable Qualifications & Experience:

• Basic IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and Word
• JIB Gold Card & ECS Gold Card
• IPAF
• PASMA
