Within our Facilities Management division, the South West Core team plays a crucial role in the daytoday delivery of planned minor works across a diverse range of properties and systems within our client\’s sites.

Position
As part of our continued growth, our South West Core facilities management team are looking to appoint an experienced and professional Electrician to use their working knowledge of electrical systems to complete a range of planned maintenance works in line with our contract delivery SLA\’s predominantly focusing on electrical installations as part of a wider hardservices FM team.
Further responsibilities of the role include:
Electrical installation works mainly new lighting installation around fire doors and exits
Electrical testing and faultfinding
Estimation of small/minor works
Organising and arranging materials for additional works
Health, Safety and Quality Considerations:
To act in the best interests of BJF when on site and dealing with Clients
To always work in a safe manner and to a highstandard, in line with best working practices
Understand your responsibility for the health, safety and wellbeing of your team and the wider group, whilst promoting a positive health and safety culture throughout
Promote and live BJF TEAMS values
Requirements
To be considered for the role, you will need to demonstrate all of the following:
Level 3 NVQ in Electrical Installation (2357)
Testing & Inspection (2391)
18th Edition Full Classroom Course & IET Wiring Regulations (7671)
Full UK Driving License
Desirable Qualifications & Experience:
A strong commercial and industrial back ground
Basic IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and Word
JIB Gold Card
IPAF
PASMA
EV Charger install experience
CompEx 0104
