Strategy Lead in London

As Strategy Lead, you will work closely with senior leadership to define, structure, and drive BJAK\’s most critical strategic initiatives. This role bridges high-level strategy and on-the-ground execution—turning ideas into action, ensuring alignment across teams, and delivering measurable business impact across markets.

What You Will Do

Lead strategic planning and execution

Partner with leadership to define strategic priorities and translate them into clear, executable plans. Drive end-to-end execution of high-impact initiatives and ensure outcomes are tracked and delivered.

Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives

Lead complex, cross-functional projects across product, operations, marketing, commercial, and tech teams. Act as the central owner to align stakeholders, manage dependencies, and ensure timely execution.

Support market expansion and growth strategy

Support new market entry and scaling initiatives through market analysis, strategic planning, and execution support. Identify growth opportunities and help shape go-to-market and expansion strategies.

Build strategic frameworks and decision support

Develop analytical frameworks, business cases, and performance dashboards to support leadership decision-making. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to guide priorities and resource allocation.

Monitor performance and drive course correction

Track strategic KPIs, identify risks or gaps, and recommend course corrections to ensure initiatives stay aligned with business objectives.

Partner closely with senior leadership

Work directly with the CEO and leadership team to prepare strategic materials, follow up on key decisions, and ensure consistent execution across regions and functions.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, operations, fintech, or high-growth startups

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the insurance industry

• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business modeling skills

• Experience working directly with senior leadership or founder-level stakeholders

• Ability to structure ambiguity and turn strategy into execution

Location Requirement

• Based in the UK, with flexibility to work across SEA markets
