As Special Officer, CEO Office, you work directly with the CEO to turn strategic priorities into execution. This role sits at the centre of the business—connecting strategy, operations, and cross‑functional teams—to ensure initiatives are delivered with speed, rigor, and measurable impact. You will support market expansion, operational excellence, and high‑priority projects across regions. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives on ownership, urgency, and accountability.
What You Will Do
- Translate the CEO’s strategic direction into clear execution plans, track progress, remove blockers, and ensure initiatives are delivered on time with measurable outcomes.
- Drive cross‑functional execution by working closely with operations, product, technology, marketing, and commercial teams. Act as a central coordination point to ensure alignment, accountability, and speed.
- Support market expansion and scaling initiatives, including new market entry, office setup, local operational readiness, and go‑to‑market execution. Ensure initiatives are localized, compliant, and operationally sound.
- Design and implement scalable processes, dashboards, and operating cadences to improve execution quality, visibility, and leadership decision‑making.
- Monitor business KPIs, prepare executive‑level updates, and provide data‑driven insights to support the CEO and leadership team.
- Act as a trusted CEO’s office by preparing materials, following up on key decisions, and ensuring leadership priorities are executed consistently across teams and regions.
