About the Role
As a Special Officer in the CEO Office, you will work directly with the CEO on the company's highest-priority initiatives. This is a role for exceptional generalists who can quickly understand complex problems, drive execution across functions, and deliver results under ambiguity. You will be expected to move between strategy, operations, product, business development, recruiting, and special projects as business priorities evolve. No two weeks will look the same. You will help solve the problems that matter most to the company.
What You Will Be Doing
- Partner directly with the CEO to drive strategic initiatives across the business.
- Lead cross-functional projects from idea to execution.
- Conduct market, competitive and business research to support decision-making.
- Break down complex problems into clear, actionable plans.
- Coordinate execution across product, engineering, operations, finance and other teams.
- Build operating processes that improve speed and execution quality.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical solutions.
- Prepare business analyses, presentations and executive materials.
- Support partnerships, investments, fundraising and other strategic opportunities when required.
- Represent the CEO in meetings and follow through on key action items.

This role is based in the UK. This is a hybrid role. You are expected to work from our UK office at least 3 days per week.
