What You Will Do
- Brand & Visual Strategy
- Own BJAK’s brand identity and visual systems across all platforms
- Build a UK-first visual narrative tailored to local users, culture, and market trends
- Translate marketing and business objectives into impactful visual storytelling
- Develop creative campaigns that build awareness, trust, and adoption
- Ensure consistent brand expression across digital, social, product, and offline channels
- Creative Leadership
- Lead and mentor a small, multidisciplinary creative team
- Set high standards for design quality, speed, and execution
- Review and approve visual assets to ensure alignment with the brand vision
- Foster a collaborative, high-ownership, and execution-driven team culture
- Execution & Optimization
- Build and manage creative workflows balancing quality, speed, and scalability
- Partner with growth, product, and leadership teams to align visuals with strategic goals
- Use data, insights, and market trends to optimize campaigns and creative output

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and modern production workflows
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or high-growth consumer brands
- Experience building or localizing brands

Location
This role is based in the United Kingdom. This is a hybrid role. You are expected to work from our United Kingdom office at least 3 days per week.
