About the Job
We are looking for talented Native Android Engineers to build and evolve our Android applications that power BJAK's insurance and financial products. You will also contribute to features that leverage automation and AI-assisted capabilities where they improve user experience and operational efficiency. This is a fully remote position where you will be part of a global engineering team working across multiple countries to build reliable, scalable native mobile systems.
What You'll Own
- 3+ years of native Android development experience using Kotlin.
- Strong experience building and shipping production Android applications.
- Solid understanding of Jetpack Compose, Android SDK, Coroutines, Flow and modern Android architecture patterns (MVVM/Clean Architecture).
- Strong knowledge of Android lifecycle, performance optimization and native platform best practices.
- Experience integrating REST APIs and debugging production issues.
- Comfortable working independently in a distributed remote engineering team.
- High ownership, fast execution and strong attention to engineering quality.
- GitHub, Google Play links or examples of shipped native Android applications are highly preferred.
