The Role: We are looking for a Mobile UI Designer to create elegant, intuitive and high-performing mobile experiences for BJAK's AI Neobank and financial products. This role is for someone who loves designing mobile interfaces that feel effortless, responsive and visually refined. You'll work alongside engineers and product managers to create experiences used daily by millions of users.

What You'll Own:

  • Design beautiful and intuitive interfaces for iOS and Android applications.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes and production-ready UI.
  • Design mobile experiences across insurance, payments, claims, investments and financial services.
  • Build and maintain mobile design systems and reusable components.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
  • Optimize interfaces for usability, accessibility and platform guidelines.
  • Iterate designs using analytics, usability findings and product feedback.
  • Ensure consistency across different devices, screen sizes and operating systems.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience designing mobile applications.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality mobile UI work.
  • Expert proficiency in Figma and interactive prototyping.
  • Deep understanding of iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Android Material Design.
  • Strong understanding of mobile usability, responsive layouts and interaction design.
  • Excellent attention to typography, spacing, colour and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to simplify complex financial workflows into clean mobile experiences.
  • Portfolio is required.
