We are looking for mobile developers to build BJAK's AI Neobank app across Android and i OS.
This role is for strong mobile builders who can ship clean, reliable and intuitive mobile experiences, whether their main strength is Android, i OS or both.
Build mobile features across Android, i OS or cross-platform flows depending on your strength.
Create clean journeys for onboarding, accounts, payments, cards, transfers, rewards, travel, FX and AI-assisted features.
Work from product problem to shipped mobile experience, not just assigned screens.
Collaborate with backend, design, product and AI teams to launch reliable customer-facing features.
Improve app quality through production feedback, analytics, crash reports and user behaviour.
Help raise the standard for mobile UX, reliability and speed across the product.
Strong mobile development experience in Android, i OS or both.
Experience shipping production mobile apps used by real users.
Good product sense, UX judgement and attention to edge cases.
Clear evidence of shipped work: app links, Git Hub, screenshots or project explanations.
A strong highlight means you personally helped build, ship or scale a serious product, platform or system.
Developers who build screens without caring about user experience.
People who ignore crashes, edge cases, loading states or performance.
This is a hybrid role. You are expected to work from our
UK office at least 3 days per week.

English is our main working language across global teams. Strong English communication is required.
