What You'll Do
- Own and define the full marketing strategy for the UK market, aligned with global and SEA priorities
- Build, hire, and lead the UK marketing team from scratch
- Drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across channels
- Lead crossâchannel campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, CRM, and more
- Own performance metrics: CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion, retention, LTV
- Establish and evolve BJAK's brand positioning and voice in the UK
- Build and scale the content and creative engine (landing pages, campaigns, video, copy)
- Manage agencies, freelancers, and internal stakeholders to deliver highâquality output
- Partner with product, design, data, and commercial teams to align on business goals
- Own the marketing budget, forecasting, and ROI optimisation
- Lead goâtoâmarket (GTM) strategy for new products and features
- Continuously leverage data and insights to refine strategy and execution

- Deep understanding of paid media, SEO, content, CRM, and analytics
- Strong data literacy and decisionâmaking capability
- Experience managing budgets, agencies, and stakeholders
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
