We are expanding ways to help people in Asia, including spending, saving, investing, exchanging, travelling, and more. Our objective is to build tools that will help people get more from their money and become self-reliant experts. We believe AI will help us achieve this in our generation.
We are looking for high-ownership generalists to join the Founder's Office for BJAK's finance super app expansion. This role is for builders who can take on ambiguous business problems, move fast across functions, and help launch new financial products, markets, licences, and partnerships.

- Support licensing, market entry, partner acquisition, office setup, hiring, and operating plans.
- Research markets, competitors, regulations, partners, and business models.
- Turn founder-level ideas into structured plans, owners, timelines, and next actions.
- Work across product, legal, compliance, finance, hiring, operations, and country teams.
- Build trackers, briefs, memos, operating documents, and execution rhythms.
- Own urgent business problems until they are solved.
What We're Looking For
- Strong generalist with high ownership, strong writing, and sharp business judgement.
- Able to learn new industries, regulations, and markets quickly.
- Comfortable working on licensing, partnerships, operations, market research, and execution.
- Can turn messy inputs into clear plans and follow-through.
- Fast, resourceful, and calm under pressure.
- Strong English communication and structured thinking.
- Experience in startups, consulting, fintech, strategy, operations, investing, or founder-led environments is a strong advantage.

- Finds a way without waiting for a full playbook.
- Can work with senior leaders and still do hands-on execution.
- Writes clearly, thinks practically, and follows up relentlessly.
- Handles ambiguity without creating drama.
- Cares about real outcomes, not looking important.
This Role Is Not For
- People who only want strategy decks.
- Candidates who need fixed job scope and predictable tasks.
- People who avoid follow-up, admin details, or operational work.
- Those who cannot write clearly or move fast.
- People who want title/status more than responsibility.
