CompanyA1 is building a proactive AI smart assistant for everyday users to bring intelligence to conversations, errands, organising and workflows. Our product focuses on achieving high reliability for long-running workflows, persistent context, and real-world task completion. The system must handle multi-step reasoning, interact with external tools, and remain reliable despite non-deterministic model behavior.
You will support end-to-end recruiting for A1's product, engineering, and business roles. This is a hands‐on, execution-focused role. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep hiring moving smoothly and accurately. It's a good fit for someone early in their career who wants to learn how high‐quality technical hiring actually works in practice.
What You Will Be Doing
- Support the full recruitment process across roles, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer support.
- Source candidates through a mix of channels, including LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and proactive outreach.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screens to assess basic role fit, motivation, and communication.
- Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and feedback collection with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS, ensuring data quality and process consistency.
- Support recruiting projects and process improvements as the team scales, including candidate experience and employer branding initiatives.
- Help keep hiring operations organised, responsive, and moving at pace.
What You Will Need
- 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, coordination, or related roles (fresh graduates with a strong interest in recruiting are welcome).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort working with tools such as Google Sheets / Excel and basic ATS systems.
- A proactive, learning‐oriented mindset and openness to feedback.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through reliably.
- (Prior recruiting experience is helpful but not required. Attitude, curiosity, and execution matter more.)
