As General Manager, you own end-to-end market performance. You are accountable for building the local operation, driving commercial results, and turning strategy into measurable outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines operational rigor, people leadership, partnerships, and market execution.
You will set up and lead local operations, build high-performing teams, execute go-to-market strategies, localize products, and ensure BJAK wins in the marketโfast and at scale.
What You Will Do

Take full accountability for market performance, including local office setup, operational readiness, and ongoing execution. Own business KPIs, establish scalable operating systems, and ensure disciplined delivery of results.

Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing local teams across PR, marketing, and support. Set clear roles, performance standards, and accountability, and build a culture of ownership and speed.

Identify, negotiate, and execute strategic partnerships that accelerate growth and market penetration. Represent BJAK externally and build strong ecosystem relationships that deliver sustainable commercial impact.

Own local go-to-market execution to drive acquisition, revenue, and retention. Identify growth opportunities, track performance closely, and continuously optimize strategies using data and customer insights.

Work closely with product, technology, and customer teams to adapt BJAK\โs solutions to local regulations, customer behavior, and cultural nuances. Ensure the end-to-end customer journey is compliant, intuitive, and competitive.

Partner directly with the CEO and regional leadership teams to align priorities, remove execution bottlenecks, and deliver seamless market rollouts. Ensure strong cross-functional coordination and a consistent BJAK experience in-market.

What You Bring

5- 7+ years of experience in operations, business management, consulting, fintech, or high-growth startups
