What We're Looking For
A driven and strategic KOL Specialist to lead our influencer ecosystem across multiple platforms. You will work closely with creators, agencies, and internal teams to execute impactful campaigns that strengthen brand visibility, drive engagement, and support business goals. This role demands strong communication, data-driven thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- KOL & Influencer Management
- Identify, evaluate, and shortlist KOLs/influencers across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
- Source, brief, negotiate, onboard, and manage influencers based on campaign objectives
- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution including timelines, approvals, content reviews, and KPI alignment
- Maintain influencer relationship databases, track deliverables, and nurture long-term partnerships
- Affiliate Program Management
- Develop and maintain affiliate partnerships (e-commerce platforms, bloggers, brand ambassadors)
- Track affiliate performance and optimize based on metrics such as CTR, conversions, and revenue
- Strategy & Trend Insights
- Stay updated on social trends, platform updates, and KOL best practices
- Recommend new content ideas and campaign strategies to enhance engagement and ROI
- Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze campaign and affiliate performance: reach, engagement, traffic, conversions, ROI
- Prepare monthly reports and insights to improve future campaigns
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Creative, Marketing, Product, and Sales to ensure campaign alignment
- Manage budgets, influencer contracts, and vendor relationships
- Campaign Execution & Admin
- Coordinate product seeding, logistics, briefings, timelines, and approval flows
- Ensure compliance with advertising standards (#ad, disclosures, and platform regulations)
The Right Fit Has...
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of execution
- 3+ years of experience in Social Media, KOL/Influencer Marketing, or similar roles, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, influencer landscape, and content trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with experience in influencer or social analytics tools to track performance and measure ROI
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive under tight deadlines
- Creative thinker with storytelling ability and an eye for engaging content
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Location
This role is based in the UK. This is a hybrid role. You are expected to work from our London office at least 3 days per week.
Language
English is our main working language across global teams. Strong English communication is required.
