Our product focuses on achieving high reliability for long-running workflows, persistent context, and real-world task completion. The system must handle multi-step reasoning, interact with external tools, and remain reliable despite non-deterministic model behavior.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Drive high-priority projects across hiring, operations, growth, and market expansion.
- Build relationships with candidates, recruiters, universities, communities, and external partners.
- Support new market launches and expansion initiatives.
- Help identify opportunities and solve operational challenges.
- Represent A1 at events, communities, and external engagements.
- Work closely with founders on strategic initiatives.
- Take ownership of projects from concept through execution.
