What You Will Do
- Brand Strategy & Creative Direction: Own BJAK’s UK brand identity across all platforms — from tone of voice to visual systems. Build a UK-first brand narrative tailored to local users, culture, and market dynamics. Translate UK marketing and business objectives into compelling visuals and messaging. Develop creative concepts and campaigns that drive awareness, trust, and growth in the UK. Ensure brand consistency across digital, social, print, product, and other UK channels.
- Creative Leadership & Team Management: Lead, coach, and inspire a multidisciplinary UK creative team. Set a high bar for creativity, execution quality, and speed. Review and approve creative output to ensure alignment with UK brand strategy. Foster a high-ownership, collaborative, and execution-driven team culture.
- Execution & Optimization: Build and manage creative workflows that balance speed, quality, and scalability. Partner closely with UK growth, product, and leadership teams. Use data and performance insights to iterate, optimize, and scale creative work. Stay current on UK market, consumer, and creative trends to keep the brand relevant.

Location Requirement: Based in the UK.
