The Role
We are looking for a Chief of Staff to help drive BJAK's AI Neobank expansion across products, markets and teams.
This is a senior execution role for someone who can align leadership, drive operating cadence, solve cross-functional problems and turn strategy into measurable progress.
- What You'll Own
- Drive strategic execution across AI Neobank priorities.
- Build and manage operating rhythm, OKRs, leadership updates, decision tracking and accountability.
- Coordinate major workstreams across product, engineering, licensing, market expansion, partnerships, finance and operations.
- Prepare concise decision memos, board / leadership materials, execution plans and performance reviews.
- Identify gaps, risks and dependencies before they become serious blockers.
- Help leadership make sharper trade-offs on people, capital, product and market priorities.
- Own special projects that require senior judgement and cross-functional authority.
