BJAK in the United Kingdom is looking for a hands-on operator to join the CEO Office for the AI Neobank app expansion. This role focuses on turning CEO priorities into execution across product, hiring, licensing, partnerships, market launch and daily operating rhythm.
You will work with product, engineering, finance, legal, compliance, operations and country teams, track OKRs, manage deadlines, and push teams to close execution gaps while maintaining momentum across cross-functional initiatives.
