The Role

We are looking for strong operators to join the CEO Office for BJAK's AI Neobank app expansion.

This role is for someone who can help turn CEO priorities into execution across product, hiring, licensing, partnerships, market launch and daily operating rhythm.

  • What You'll Own
  • Drive CEO-level priorities from problem definition to execution.
  • Track OKRs, decisions, blockers, owners and deadlines across teams.
  • Support licensing applications, country expansion, hiring, partnerships and strategic projects.
  • Prepare clear briefs, updates, research notes, meeting follow-ups and action trackers.
  • Work across product, engineering, finance, legal, compliance, operations and country teams.
  • Identify execution gaps and push teams to close them.
  • Own urgent business problems that do not fit neatly into one department.
