About the Job
We’re looking for a Digital Videographer who is passionate about visual storytelling and creating engaging, high‑quality content. In this role, you will work closely with the Creative and Marketing teams to produce video materials that elevate BJAK’s brand and drive audience engagement across platforms. This position is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in videography and editing, strong creative instincts, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Direction & Production
- Assist in developing creative concepts and visual approaches for BJAK’s video content.
- Plan, storyboard, and execute video shoots for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
- Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture high‑quality footage.
- Produce content ranging from corporate storytelling to fast‑turnaround social media videos.
- Post‑Production
- Edit videos with strong attention to pacing, storytelling, and visual quality.
- Perform color grading, sound design, basic motion graphics, and subtitling.
- Ensure consistency and alignment with BJAK’s brand identity across all content.
- Manage multiple editing timelines while ensuring on‑time delivery.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with Creative, Marketing, and Social Media teams to bring ideas to life.
- Incorporate feedback quickly and effectively.
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce cohesive content.
- (Optional) Support or guide interns/junior editors when needed — collaborative, not leadership‑focused.
- Production & Workflow Management
- Handle the full production process, including media management, equipment setup, and exporting.
