As BJAK’s Business Development Manager, you are the frontline driver of revenue. You will be responsible for building high-impact insurer relationships, accelerating go-lives, and driving meaningful commercial outcomes.
- Acquire and activate new insurer partners with speed.
- Lead the full partnership cycle—from outreach and relationship building to negotiation, onboarding, and integration.
- Maintain a clean CRM, follow up consistently, and ensure every prospect moves through the funnel with urgency.
- Negotiate and close deals confidently with clear commercial terms and fast go-live timelines.
- Work closely with legal, product, and tech teams to craft commercially sound agreements.
- Hit monthly revenue and policy targets — not just close deals, ensure ongoing productivity.
- After partners go live, continue driving volume and performance.
Permanent residency in the UK is required. You will serve as BJAK’s on-the-ground presence, understanding local regulations, insurers, and market behaviour.
Minimum 5 years experience in insurance/fintech industry with strong negotiation and commercial instincts. You understand insurer dynamics, commercial models, underwriting considerations, and partnership structures.
Existing network of insurer relationships allows you to open senior-level conversations immediately and accelerate market penetration.
