As we expand into London and continue scaling globally, we’re seeking a Senior Brand Designer to craft high-quality, high-impact visuals that define and elevate our brand. Your work will ensure BJAK is consistently clear, compelling, and recognizable across all touchpoints.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the creation of high-impact design assets across campaigns, social media, web, product visuals, and marketing materials.
• Evolve and strengthen BJAK’s brand identity, ensuring clarity, consistency, and premium execution across all surfaces.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, product, and performance teams to deliver on-brand work that drives results.
• Design for diverse audiences — consumers, partners, and internal teams — while adapting visual language seamlessly.
• Maintain and refine BJAK’s brand guidelines, ensuring top-tier quality across all outputs.
• Mentor junior designers, guide creative execution, and support team-wide improvement.
• Report directly to the Creative Manager and contribute strategic insight to brand and design direction.

What You Bring

• 5-8 years of experience in brand design, graphic design, or creative roles, ideally in fast-paced or startup environments.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling, visual excellence, and design leadership.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion tools like After Effects or Premiere Pro.
• Experience or interest in using AI tools for design ideation and production.
• Strong command of layout, typography, composition, and brand consistency.
• Ability to mentor others, collaborate cross-functionally, and provide creative direction.
• Nice to have: Experience creating performance marketing or commercial campaign visuals.
• Nice to have: Skills in motion graphics, sound editing, or basic VFX.
• Nice to have: Familiarity with design systems, templates, and brand libraries.
