The Role
As a Seasonal Team Member, you'll be at the heart of the excitement, ensuring our guests have a visit they'll cherish forever. This vibrant and dynamic role is perfect for those looking to immerse themselves in a lively work environment during the peak season.
Responsibilities include:
- Engaging with visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner, providing information about the attraction, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive guest experience in all areas - ticket desk, gift shop and cafe.
- Participation in special events or activities organized for the summer period, offering support, and ensuring smooth operations.
- Greeting customers warmly, providing exceptional customer service and being comfortable speaking in front of a group of guests.
- Operating the ticketing system accurately and efficiently.
- Understanding the products we sell as well as timings.
- Keeping to a tight time scale with many visitors and being calm under pressure.
