The Role
As a Seasonal Team Member, you’ll be at the heart of the excitement, ensuring our guests have a visit they’ll cherish forever. This vibrant and dynamic role is perfect for those looking to immerse themselves in a lively work environment during the peak season.

Responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner, providing information about the attraction, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive guest experience in all areas - ticket desk, gift shop and café.
  • Participation in special events or activities organized for the summer period, offering support, and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Greeting customers warmly, providing exceptional customer service and being comfortable speaking in front of a group of guests.
  • Operating the ticketing system accurately and efficiently, understanding the products we sell as well as timings.
  • Keeping to a tight time scale with many visitors and being calm under pressure.
  • Effectively managing the queue and keeping guests happy.
  • Providing information about all events, packages and facilities as well as guiding them on their visit.
  • Handling transactions accurately and efficiently, processing sales for market purchases and cashing up at the end of the day efficiently.
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the attraction, café seating area, and service counters.
  • Preparing and serving food and beverages in line with health and safety regulations.
  • Promoting products, special offers, and seasonal items to enhance customer engagement and sales.

Required Skills & Experience:
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Cash handling experience or willingness to learn.
Enthusiastic, reliable, and able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Ability to work during the summer period, including weekends and evenings.
