BizzCoach Ai is redefining how organisations train, coach and onboard their teams, turning training from an occasional event into a daily performance engine. Built by industry leaders, adopted by enterprise networks, and architected for scale across automotive, finance, real estate and corporate enterprises.
We are expanding into the UK and seeking an exceptional Sales Project Manager to spearhead market entry, drive sales cycles, and manage client onboarding. These is also consideration for a partnership with equity to the right candidate.
You will:
- Drive enterprise & mid-market sales cycles with decision makers
- Manage project rollout, onboarding, and usage adoption
- Build relationships with OEMs, dealer groups, and enterprise networks
- Develop & refine the go-to-market playbook for international markets
- Be the link between product, customers & leadership
- Present demos, case studies, pricing, and ROI models
- Track pipeline, forecasting and usage performance
- Represent BizzCoach at industry events, webinars & roadshows
You are:
- A natural salesperson with strong project execution
- Confident presenting to CEOs, Dealer Principals & Heads of Training
- Experienced in enterprise SaaS OR corporate training ecosystems
- Driven by results, relationships, and structured follow-through
- Comfortable working autonomously in a global scale-up environment
Requirements:
- 5+ years in B2B or enterprise sales & project/client management
- Experience in SaaS, L&D tech, automotive, finance, or corporate training (preferred)
- Excellent communication and strategic account skills
- Ability to travel domestically for clients & events
