We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Self Storage Project Manager. This central role is essential for managing and expanding our portfolio across the UK, blending property management knowledge with administrative and project coordination expertise to drive operational efficiency and future growth.

As a key member of the team, you will support the entire development lifecycle of new sites—from market research and feasibility studies to coordinating with architects and planners. You will also oversee the administration of existing locations, ensuring consistent application of company policies, pricing strategies, and operational procedures through close collaboration with Regional and Operations Managers.

A primary focus of this role is leading the high-priority CRM system roll-out. You will take ownership of customising the system for the UK market, developing training materials for site staff, and serving as the internal champion for ongoing system administration.

Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven background in property administration, project coordination, or an EA role, ideally within self-storage, property development, or retail.
  • Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with data analysis regarding occupancy and market trends.
  • Project Management: Strong ability to lead cross-departmental system implementations and manage complex timelines.
  • Attributes: A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and excellent organisational abilities.
