We are seeking a proactive and organised Business Centre Manager to oversee daily operations within our business centre. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience with office management systems. The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining efficient workflows, managing client relationships, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all centre activities.

Duties

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the business centre, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
  • Oversee administrative tasks including data entry, document management, and record keeping using systems such as Clarity Core / IBCS.
  • Coordinate with clients to address enquiries, schedule appointments, and facilitate bookings.
  • Upsell additional services or products to maximise centre revenue opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports on centre performance.
  • Supervise administrative staff, providing training and support as needed.
  • Ensure the centre complies with health and safety regulations and internal policies.
  • Handle phone enquiries with professional etiquette, providing prompt and courteous assistance.
  • Organise events or meetings held within the centre as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office administration or management roles, preferably within a business centre environment.
  • Familiarity with Clarity Core / IBCS or similar property management software is highly desirable.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service abilities.
  • Experience in upselling services or products to clients or customers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is advantageous.
